Since its establishment in July 2002, Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd. (“GAR”) has engaged in three core businesses as a real estate investment management company—the asset management of the J-REIT Global One Real Estate Investment Corp., the management of private real estate funds, and investment advisory.

Prioritizing the interests of unitholders and investors at all times, GAR will continue to unlock the value and potential of real estate to the fullest extent. To this end, we will combine the wealth of knowledge in real estate investments centered on office buildings that we have accumulated to date with advanced financial techniques, while leveraging the support of the two sponsor companies, Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.

Furthermore, defining sustainability as the core of its corporate activities, GAR will actively work on ESG and promote decarbonization while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and social norms and conducting our business with a strong sense of ethics, thereby building a highly transparent management framework. We will thereby aim to gain the unwavering trust of investors, society, and communities and become a real estate management firm that continues to create value.

Going forward, we will make the utmost efforts to provide sustainable value as a team of real estate investment professionals and continue to be a management company chosen by unitholders and investors.
