- Supports execution of or advisory on acquisition (including due diligence) of real estate and real estate related assets

- Develops and executes asset management policies/plans for J-REITs
- Conducts due diligence relating to acquisition and transfer of property
- Instructs clients regarding property management and supervises the selection of property managers
REIT Finance Department
- Provides advice to J-REITs on financing and fund distribution
- Handles statutory disclosures for investment corporations
- Supervises overall REIT asset planning
REIT Investor Relations Department
- Provides advice on the formulation of basic policies and plans of PR and IR activities of investment corporations
- Responds to investors, analysts, and other interested parties regarding securities issued by investment corporations
- Handles timely disclosure and voluntary disclosure of investment corporations
Technical Support Department
- Researches technical support for operational management of real estate
- Researches general economic trends and real estate markets
Planning & General Affairs Department
- Drafts and develops general business management plans
- Organizes general shareholders' meetings and board of directors meetings
- Manages accounting and treasury operations
- Oversees human resources, labor management and the administration of general affairs
Fund & Investment Management
- Formulates and executes investment strategies and asset management plans
- Conducts due diligence for acquisition and transfer of property
- Formulates and executes financing plans
Real Estate Investment Management
- Provides advice on investment strategies and asset management plans
- Provides advice on acquisition, transfer, and other dispositions of property
