(“GAR”) is a real estate asset management company established in July 2002 by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, MUFG Bank, Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, and Kintetsu Group Holdings Co., Ltd. as sponsor companies and engages in three core businesses - J-REIT Management, Fund Management, and Investment Advisory.

GAR has implemented thorough customer-oriented business operations by prioritizing the interests of unitholders at REITs and investors at private funds and pursued maximization of investors’ interests by combining expertise in real estate investments including office buildings with financial techniques and fully drawing out the potential of real estate.
