Privacy Policy for Job Applicants

1. Policy

Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd. (GAR) has established the “Privacy Policy for Job Applicants” as an idea on the protection of personal information acquired in relation to its recruitment activities. When conducting recruitment-related processes, GAR will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws/ordinances as well as various rules including the Privacy Policy for Job Applicants and strive to appropriately protect and use personal information of applications.

2. Acquisition of Personal Information

In order to achieve the purpose of use stipulated in the next section, GAR will acquire personal information of applicants (name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, academic background, career history, current annual salary, expected annual salary, qualifications and other information on the applicant) through appropriate and legitimate means within the scope necessary to conduct business.

3. Purpose of Use

Personal information of applicants will be used for the following purposes. It will not be handled beyond such scope.

  1. 1To provide employment opportunities and recruitment information to applicants, conduct employment screening, verify the identities of applicants and check the application history
  2. 2To explain necessary matters regarding entry to the company and manage employment after entry
  3. 3To use it for purposes incidental to recruitment activities such as statistical use for future recruitment plans

In addition, after the employment screening, GAR will delete personal information of applicants without delay.
